Terms of Service
These terms apply across MinoDeck products. Each product page states that product's exact price, license scope, and update window at the time of purchase, and the product-specific terms below control where they differ from this summary. MinoDeck products are licensed, not sold. A license is granted to one person on the number of personal Macs stated at purchase. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing a license key is not allowed. Purchases are one-time (no subscription unless a product page says otherwise). Refunds are targeted at 14 days from purchase and are handled through Lemon Squeezy, subject to payment-provider constraints. MinoDeck products are provided as-is. We aim to ship reliable Mac utilities, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every system, or recovery from every local issue. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. Governing law will be specified before general availability. Contact: support@minodeck.com.
